Shipping Information

We take our shipping seriously. We want you to receive and enjoy your purchases from Central Bazaar! With this in mind, we won't use the cheapest shipping option BUT we will use the most reliable. We use stiff mailers and additional wrapping where needed to ensure your purchase leaves us in the best of health and protected for transit.

At checkout you can select 'local pick-up' if you want to collect from us in London. This will be arranged individually, we are not a shop so please do not arrive unannounced.

If you want your items to be held & shipped with future orders please choose the 'local pick-up' option at checkout then add a note to let us know. We will bill you for the final shipping amount when you ask us and your parcel will be shipped when payment is received.

You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been shipped. Please use this information to track your parcel.

We use Royal Mail and FedEx unless you ask us for a specific alternative.

Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address as we cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery. For reference purposes Central Bazaar will only identify missing parcels after 28 days for UK orders and 60 days for International orders. Please only contact us after this amount of time regarding any missing shipments from us. We advise you to check with your local depot and/or sorting office before contacting us as we will ask you to provide details of your correspondence with them before sending any replacement items. Central Bazaar cannot be deemed responsible or liable for items lost or damaged in transit if outside of our control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address, or because it was not collected from a local depot, we will have to charge you again in order to re-send it. We will get in touch with you before any package is re-sent.

If your order arrives damaged and we deem this to be our fault, we will send a replacement. If we do not deem damage to be our fault we can refuse to replace your item.

Items can only be returned in the unlikely event of being found faulty and that fault being confirmed by the manufacturer. Items must be returned at your own cost and risk and we will be happy to refund the original purchase. Please note that delivery charges for the original order are also non refundable.
